Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions we find our customer have asked, which we hope should help to answer most of yours. As always though if you are experiencing trouble or have a question and can’t find the answer, just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.
How do I find a product?
The easiest and fastest way to find the product(s) you’re looking for is to do a search. You will find the search bar in the Left-Hand Menu which you will find on all pages, and also by clicking the magnifying glass link in the Top-Menu to the right.
If just want to browse a particular product type or category, you can select these in our SHOP menu which is in the top menu bar on the left-hand-side or in the product filter in the Left-Hand Menu Bar on the SHOP page. MOBILE:If using our mobile site, all of these options are available by tapping on the MENU button at the top-left of your screen.
How do I navigate Arcane Fashions website?
There are many options for navigating the Arcane Fashions site. If you are trying to figure out how to navigate our products or just find a particular one, see above to find out how.
If you need a bit of help with our site, products, sizing, shipping or anything else to do with Arcane Fashions, you should find everything you need in the Left-Had Menu of our HELP CENTER. We have tried where possible to simplify our whole site to make sure that when we think you might need to know something it is right there for you. QUICK DESKTOP TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a click-able link. You’ll notice that any time you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a “hand”. Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an “arrow”.
What currency is Arcane Fashions displayed in?
As our main office is situated in Australia, Arcane Fashions main (default) currency is in Australia Dollars (AUD) and, as such, is the currency that all orders will revert to at checkout.
Can I change what currency is displayed on Arcane Fashions?
YES. You are able to change the displayed currency to either Australian Dollars (AUD), United States Dollars (USD) or British Pounds (GBP). This is done by selecting your desired currency from the currency drop-down menu which you will find in the Help Center Menu to the left, or at the top of the left-had-side menu on the SHOP page.
Does Arcane Fashions sell gift vouchers?
Unfortunately gift vouchers are unavailable right now. They will be available shortly.
How do I use a coupon/gift voucher?
Once you have added items to your shopping cart you will be able to use your coupon or gift voucher on the Checkout Page. You can find these and other links in the Left-Hand menu.
How do I use my Arcane Fashions rewards points?
To use your Arcane Fashions rewards points, add items to your shopping cart and head to the Checkout Page. At the top of this page you will find a link that will allow you to use your rewards points against your purchase. If you require additional information about Arcane Rewards Points, head to the Arcane Rewards Page where you will find all of the information your need.
What are my payment choices?
For your piece of mind and safety we use PayPal secured checkout, Stripe & accept bank transfers. NOTE: Your order will not be shipped until your payment has been received.
Do I have to pay any additional tax on my purchases?
No, there are no additional taxes on top of the listed purchase price on Arcane Fashions.
Where can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click this “My Account” link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu, log in if you aren’t already and then click on the “Orders” link. This will display a list of your orders and will allow you to download and print your receipts/invoices.
Why does the transaction for my purchase say “Curwen Enterprises“?
Curwen Enterprises is our parent business and it handles all of our payments.
When will my credit card/account be charged?
Depending on your method of payment, charges should appear on your credit card or account no later that 12 hours after the transaction is completed. If you have selected to pay by bank transfer, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to clear (depending on your bank) and be aware that your order will not ship until full payment has been received.
I have a question about my charges.
Click this “My Account” link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu, log in if you aren’t already and then click on the “Orders” link. Here you may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records to make sure everything is OK. If you have further questions or concerns just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.
I’m waiting for a refund, when will it appear back in my account?
Refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the time of approval. For more information head on over to our Shipping & Returns Page.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries internationally. The easiest way to find out if Arcane Fashions does ship to your country is to create an account by clicking this “Join Arcane Fashions” link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my shipping charges?
You will find our Shipping charges on our Shipping & Returns page. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours after we receive payment from you.
When will my order be shipped?
You order is processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving full payment. Please be aware that some items have different shipping times and not all items in your order may be shipped together. Please see each individual product page for more information on the availability of each item as this may effect shipping times. Has my order shipped?
To find out where your order is up to, click this “My Account” link or the one to the left. Once you are on the “My Account” Page, simply log in (if your aren’t already) and click on the “Orders” link in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. This will display a list of your current orders, and finding out about an order is as easy as clicking on that order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you wish to change anything about your order you MUST get in contact with us as soon as possible to prevent your order from being processed. To do this simply head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links. NOTE: Once an order has been processed or has shipped, changes to that order can no longer be made.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is not available on all orders. Click this “Shipping & Returns” link to find out which shipping options include tracking. If your shipping option includes tracking, you can click this “My Account” link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu, log in if you aren’t already and then click on the “Orders” link. Here you should find all the tracking information listed under the order you are wanting to track. If you are experiencing issues tracking your order, just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.
My order hasn’t arrived yet.
Click this “My Account” link or the one in the Left-Hand menu. Once you are on the “My Account” Page, simply log in (if your aren’t already) and click on the “Orders” link in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already as some item ship separately. If your order included tracking, check your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, then check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your package(s) show a status of “completed” or you believe that your order is taking an unusually long time and does not have tracking, just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.
An item is missing from my order.
Arcane Fashions products ship from either our Main warehouse in Australia or from other locations globally. This is done to minimise the shipping costs and times (where possible) for our customers and as a result means that items in your order may ship separately. See the above question for instructions on how to check your order.
If you still think that there is an item missing from your order and believe that it should have arrived with what you have already received, just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.
My Account Help
How do I create an account?
To create an account simply click on this Click this “Join Arcane Fashions” link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu. Enter your details in the required fields and click “Submit”. You will be emailed your account and log-in information not long after submitting your information. If you don’t receive an email or have issues signing up for an account, just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.
How do I edit my account information?
To edit any of your account details including your postal address and other contact details, simply click this “My Account” link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu. Once you are on the “My Account” Page, simply log in (if your aren’t already). From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.
I forgot my password.
Don’t Stress, just click this “Lost Password” link to solve this problem. You can also click this My Account link or the one in the Left-Hand menu. Once you are on the “My Account” Page, under the login button you will see a link that says “Lost your password?. Click on this link to solve you password woes.
I’m not sure about sizing for the product(s) I want to purchase
At Arcane Fashions we understand that working out sizing for anything you want to buy is always hard. It is for this reason that we have attempted to provide as much information about each of our products as possible so that our customers can make the most informed decision about their purchase.
My product is the wrong size or colour.
At Arcane Fashions we will always work our hardest to make and keep our customers satisfied (where possible). Unfortunately, though, unless it is the direct result of a mistake made by Arcane Fashions we are only able to place a new order for the correct item at the additional cost of the customer and only when full payment for the item has been received. If the issue is a direct result of a mistake made by Arcane Fashions, we will replace the item and may ask for the return of the incorrect item, all at our cost. What is your return policy?

I received the wrong product.
Although it is extremely rare that you would receive an incorrect product, accidents can happen. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, simply click on this I received the wrong product or item in my order, or just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links and we will contact you to resolve the issue. NOTE: You MUST contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
How do I return my product?
In order to return a product you must first receive authorisation from Arcane Fashions to do so. For information on returns including what to do if you have received authorisation, click on this Shipping & Returns Link. Any additional information on returns and our returns policy and be found by clicking this Terms & Conditions link, both of these links can also be found in the Left-Hand Menu.

When There Was Nothing But Chaos!
We were never people who really followed the “trends”. When looking for Jewellery, Body Jewellery, Clothing or Accessories though, we always found that the variety wasn't great. What was even more frustrating was having to go to multiple places to get what we wanted. To us, it just seemed to make perfect sense to have everything in one place. It was out of that idea....

Beginning with a kick-arse idea, and after a lot of hard work, we first launched our first online Arcane Fashions store in December 2014.
